Group Philosophy
We are going to approach this issue with a very chaotic attitude because there are so many mediums that we will critique. Moreover, the group views media as something that ought to sway toward libertarianism and not authoritarianism. We would like to move "toward a people's press" as described by John C. Merrill.

I think it makes sense that the more conservative columnists are being better represented in the eyes of the newspapers themselves. The conservative columnists most likely take a more safer route with what they are printing. It says that most owners of newspapers are conservative themselves, so therefore it makes sense they are printing more conservative aspects.
